Cross Country & Track

There is a no-cut policy in men's cross country.  Every athlete makes the team and has the opportunity to run in all regular season meets.  Cross Country is a sport, which involves running on courses at public parks or golf courses. The race is 2 & 3 miles in length, and is run only one time. Teams are scored by the place in which the runners finish overall. The top five runners on each team will be scored. The team with the lowest overall score wins. Teams with less than five runners will compete as individuals only.

Our mission as a coaching staff is very simple.  We will provide an environment for our athletes to reach their maximum potential.  We will hold our student-athletes and ourselves accountable for our actions.  Finally, we will treat all student-athletes with respect and compassion.
