ACE Tech Charter High School has partnered with Youth Guidance (YG) to provide a counseling program that emphasizes positive self-expression and student success.  YG is an organization servicing at-risk youth attending Chicago Public Schools.  Through a variety of programs YG helps children overcome obstacles in order to succeed in school and life.  The counseling program at ACE Tech helps students learn about themselves, identify interests, cope with difficulties, and achieve their highest potential.  Counseling services seek to assist all students to mature in self-understanding, self-responsibility, decision-making ability, development of values and attainment of the attributes and skills required to be a productive citizen in our society.   Counseling services are concerned with the total life activity of each student and include assisting students with educational, personal and vocational concerns. Guidance and counseling services are available to every student at ACE Tech.
