Internship Hiring Process

All intern candidates must obtain parental consent and consent from the Director of Education (DOE). All candidates must commit to completing the entire process, maintain good work ethics, and follow ACE Tech's code of conduct at all times. Once these requirements are met, the intern candidate will proceed as follows:

  1. Participate in an overview Q & A session conducted by program coordinator and one representative from each company that will be employing a student.

  2. Complete a company application.

  3. Write an essay answering questions selected by the coordinator and company representatives.

  4. Participate in interviews conducted by a company representative and panel members.

Final selection involves the program coordinator and company representatives. During this time, both parties will work to find the best fit for the available internship positions. Students will be notified within two weeks of interviewing if they have been selected and if selected in what capacity they will serve.
